Clinique shimmied into view after two titans had a casual chat together about skin. Yeah, so not quite us and our bestie having a good solid whinge about how *&@#*!^% etc, etc our skin can get. Nah, not quite that.

It was the chat, between Vogue mag editor Carol Phillips and NY dermatologist (makes all the diff) super-nerd Dr Orentreich, about whether great skin can be created, which changed the ball game, dearies. Completely.

They really got under our skin with that one.
