Sometimes, just sometimes, there comes a moment in every woman’s life where she lovingly looks at her favourite moisturiser, who has been there THROUGH IT ALL, she sits so the morning light glows upon the tranquil scene, and quietly whispers, ‘our relationship is incredible, forget electric, we could power Paris, baby’.

So in honour of the makeup that we could never break up with, we’ve created a photo-essay del grande artissimo. To champion and heap accolades upon the darlings that hid the bloody awful nights where sleep was plucked from our begging outstretched hands because of moronic neighbours. Facial serum, moisturiser, dark spot coverage, a fresh coat of polish, blush, a cheeky smokey eye and a brush as soft as Himalayan hill grass, these are our arsenal, these are our battle cry, these are our kin.
